OpenSky Incentives T&Cs

1- Within this document, "OpenSky Dance" is synonymous with Language Market, which is a trading style of Kamran Rouhi.

2- An individual whose pledge(s) exceeding £5 to OpenSky Dance project have been through Spacehive.com and Gocardless.com and reached us as cleared funds no later than 10 July 2019, can request an e-voucher which may be redeemed against a 20-minute music session played on our "Silent Disco" headset, subject to availability at the OpenSky Dance venue after official opening and during our opening hours, and subject to the following conditions:

a) The e-voucher is produced by the above-mentioned individual when requested by OpenSky Dance and its authenticity verified by an Officer of OpenSky Dance

b) No more than 14 days has lapsed from the date of the above-mentioned individual's pledge, or the official opening day of OpenSky Dance, whichever is the later

c) The above-mentioned individual accepts that OpenSky Dance reserves the right of admission or non-admission to its venue to anyone, including the above-mentioned individual, for whatever reason, without any notice or the need to provide any justification. In case of permanent non-admission of an individual to our venue, OpenSky will, upon request by the said individual and subject to cash availability, return that individual's funding to them after deducting 5.5% cost of processing the pledge by Spacehive and bank account processing.

3- A business whose pledge(s) to OpenSky Dance have been through Spacehive.com and Gocardless.com and reached us as cleared funds can request their business name to be included on a list of backers to be displayed at the OpenSky Dance venue after our official opening date, subject to the following conditions:

a) The above-mentioned business agrees that OpenSky Dance will determine, at its sole discretion, the wording, font size and style of the acknowledgement of support, i.e. the list of backers

b) The above-mentioned business agrees that OpenSky Dance will determine, at its sole discretion, the date for the preparation, printing and display of the list of backers

c) The above-mentioned business agrees that OpenSky will determine, at its sole discretion, the position, appearance and size of the entire list, as well as the position of the above-mentioned business within the list

d) The above-mentioned business accepts that OpenSky Dance reserves the right of including or excluding the name of any business on its list of backers, including the above-mentioned business's, for whatever reason, without any notice or the need to provide any justification. In case of permanent non-display of a supporting business on our list of backers, OpenSky will return, upon request by the said business and subject to cash availability, that business's funding to them after deducting 5.5% cost of processing their funds by Spacehive and bank account processing.

4- The Terms and Conditions herein are to be regarded as a whole, no part of which can be taken out of context. Furthermore, no term or condition can be upheld which contradicts Language Market's Standard Terms of Business available at this link, or the rights, within English Law, of any pledging or funding party, or that of OpenSky Dance.
